Join me, from the comfort of your own home, as we carve out some much-needed time to soothe our souls.
Indulge in a sense of physical and mental space and a chance to reset and restore. Move your body gently through yoga flow, breathwork to soothe the nervous system, mindfulness + meditation practices to connect and restore, and journalling to really dig a little deeper.
